All products sold on this site are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and purchases are generally non-refundable.

We will gladly issue a replacement file or a full refund if:

• a file is defective, corrupted, or incomplete and we cannot provide a working replacement;
• you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• you were charged in error.

To request help, contact us within 30 days of purchasethrough the contact page, including the email address used at checkout and your order's license code. We respond within 2 business days.

At checkout, every customer confirms they have read and agree to this policy before payment is collected. The policy version in effect at the time of purchase is recorded with each order.
