Long O spelling patterns sort

This sorting work reinforces long o spelling patterns that students may be studying. Print and laminate, writing the word on the back of the card as a control for students to check their work. This document includes cards with a blue background to be printed on white cardstock and duplicate cards with no background to be printed on colored cardstock. Students can sort these words into the spelling category they fall into. My students write down some words in each category or write sentences once they have sorted some or all of the cards.
